TalentMirror

Cookies

Version 1.0 · effective 24 September 2026

Talent Mirror uses a little storage in your browser to make the service work, and — only if you agree — Google Analytics cookies to understand how it is used. There is no advertising, and nothing is shared with advertisers.

Strictly necessary

These make the service work, so they do not need your agreement.

Analytics — only with your agreement

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to count which pages and features are used — for example how many audits are started or reports exported — so we can improve Talent Mirror. It records pseudonymous identifiers, pages visited, those actions, and your device, browser and approximate location. It never receives your name, your email address, audit titles or the names of clients and competitors. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off.

Changing your mind

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept or reject analytics at any time. Rejecting stops collection and deletes the analytics cookies.

These cookies are set on talentmirror.tonic-agency.com only. You may also see cookies named _ga that belong to Tonic’s own website, tonic-agency.com; Talent Mirror does not read or set them, and they are covered by Tonic’s privacy policy.

Signing in with Google takes you to Google, which sets its own cookies under its own policies.
